Our mission and philosophy stems from four key components: Respect, Empathy, Self-Learning and Pride Of Ownership. We personally believe that housing is a universal necessity that creates positive change for all of humanity. With housing and the above key-tenets, we believe that we can impact change and help our clients better their lives. Our mission is simply to improve the lives of our clients through affordable, all-inclusive housing environments which are centered around respect, empathy, self-learning and pride of ownership.

 

Our well-maintained homes are located in safe, established neighborhoods. Close to schools, playgrounds and easy access to transportation, our homes are part of the community and create a welcoming environment. All of our residential care homes are specifically designed to provide housing and related services for each particular demographic. Because of that, our residents have access to a wide variety of services provided by outsourced 3rd parties. These include:

  • Doctor / Nurse home visits Home

  • health services (RN, Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy)

  • Hospice

  • Durable medical equipment

  • Case management

  • Social work

  • Behavioral counseling and therapy

  • Medication management

  • Many additional services

In addition to the services provided by our outsourced 3rd parties; we also offer a wide range of services included in our flat monthly fee. These services include, but are not limited to:

  • Linens

  • Washer & Dryer

  • Personal Television

  • Telephone

  • All bills paid utilities

General Housing Options​

Are you a case manager tasked with finding housing for your clients? Are you on a fixed income and need a safe stable place to live? Look no further. Mitigating Lives accepts all fixed income populations. We also accept individuals who have lowing paying jobs and find it difficult to pay rent at today's market rent prices. Thats not it! ALL food, WiFi, UTILITIES and essential amenities are COVERED!

Veterans Housing​- Disabled Veteran​- Returning Veteran Housing​​

We have homes that are specifically set up for Veterans. Our veteran and VA housing provides residential care homes and group homes for both disabled and non disabled Veterans. We work directly with the VA and all affiliations of the Army, Navy, Air Force and Marines to ensure that our servicemen are provided with quality and safe housing upon return home. We provide group home and transitional living residential care homes for Veterans of the armed forces throughout the local area.​

Elderly & Group Care homes​

Elderly Care Housing and Group Homes for Seniors We also provide housing for the elderly and seniors without any disabilities! Many seniors these days are elder, on fixed incomes, and in need of low-income and low-cost housing in a group home living environment. That is where we can assist. We have many properties that are specifically designed and managed for elders and seniors on fixed incomes.

Sober & Group Care homes

Sober Homes and Group Sober Homes Our organization provides and operates sober homes for those with addiction and alcohol and drug related problems. We have many properties that are specifically designed and managed for those with dependency related issues such as alcohol and drugs. These homes maintain a drug and alcohol free environment similar to all our other homes, but also come with mandatory AA classes as well as alcohol and drug counseling.

  • Anyone who is on a FIXED Income such as SSI, SSDI, Veterans Pay, and Disability

  • SINGLE individuals. WE DO NOT HOUSE COUPLES 

  • Anyone who is independent and FULLY capable of caring for the themselves

    (WE ARE NOT AN ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY)

  • Anyone who receives AT LEAST $900 MONTHLY
